天麻多糖在润肤霜中的应用
Application of Gastrodia elata polysaccharide to the skin cream
【摘要】 考察天麻多糖吸湿保湿、抗氧化等方面的性质,同时将天麻多糖应用于润肤霜中。以透明质酸为对照,在两种相对湿度下,考察天麻多糖的吸湿保湿性随时间的变化情况;采用Fenton反应和DPPH方法考察天麻多糖的抗氧化能力;将天麻多糖加入润肤霜中进行感官评价。结果表明,天麻多糖的平衡吸湿量在相对湿度33%的条件下可达3.69%,在相对湿度73%的条件下达9.90%。在试验范围内,天麻多糖的自由基清除、抗氧化能力分别达到37.58%和46.55%,还原能力强于5μg/m L的VC溶液。天麻多糖作为一种功效性成分,可应用于润肤霜,且其感官和理化指标等满足相关要求。
【Abstract】 The character was investigated about moisture absorption,moisture retention and anti-oxidation of Rhizoma Gastrodiae polysaccharide. And the polysaccharide was applied to the skin cream. With hyaluronic acid as a control,on the two kinds of humidity conditions,the balanced moisture content of polysaccharide is up to 3. 69% and 9. 90%. In the range of test,the ability of hydroxyl radical scavenging and DPPH scavenging had come up to 37. 58% and 46. 55%. The reducing capacity was better than the solution of VC( 5 μg / m L). So the polysaccharide from Gastrodia elata can be used in skin cream as an effect component,and the cream can reach the physico-chemical requirement.
