热采变温条件下发泡剂评价指标及方法研究

【摘要】 为了对稠油热采高温用发泡剂的发泡性能、稳泡性能及封堵性能进行客观地评价,测定了不同温度条件下高温发泡剂的最大发泡剂体积、半衰期,基础压差以及封堵压差等,引入了高温泡沫平均综合指数及高温泡沫平均阻力因子两项指标,形成了对变温过程中发泡剂性能的综合评价方法,为稠油油田热采条件下目标油藏封堵调剖所用的高温泡沫发泡剂的筛选评价提供参考。

【Abstract】 To objectively evaluate the foaming ability,foaming stability and sealing capacity,indexes like the largest foam volume,half-life period,based pressure difference and sealing pressure difference were measured under different temperatures. The foaming average comprehensive index and the high temperature foaming average resistance factor were introduced to form the comprehensive evaluation method of the foaming ability under the variable temperature conditions. The method could provide a reference for the assessment and evaluation of high temperature foaming agents for plugging and profile control of target reservoir under thermal recovery conditions.
