【Abstract】 Influenced by the factors such as the weak motivation of self-achievement,conflicts of their multiple roles,the shaping of traditional gender culture and the heavy burden of teaching and scientific research,the development of female teachers in colleges and universities is confronted with many difficulties. Based on this situation,this article made an in-depth analysis about the realistic difficulties and causes of college female teachers’ professional development,and intended to guide the development of female teachers in colleges and universities out of professional development dilemma and hoped to maximize the access of this group of human capital to theoretical support and practical guidance.更多还原
