【摘要】 高校思想政治理论课教师的师德建设是高校思想政治队伍建设的重要方面,这是由高校思想政治理论教师的职业特点和提高思想政治理论课教学实效性两方面决定的。高校思想政治理论课教师师德建设可以从四个方面加强:提高师德修养自觉性,加强思想政治理论课教师道德人格的塑造;完善师德制度,健全思想政治理论课教师师德评价体系;提高教师专业素质,推进思想政治理论课教师队伍专业化;优化师德环境,构建良好的高校教师文化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The morality construction concerning the teachers who are responsible for the teaching of ideological political theory in university is an important aspect of the building of the team for ideological political education,and this is determined by the professional characteristics of these teachers and the improvement of the teaching effectiveness about the course. The morality construction can be strengthened from four aspects: to advance teachers’ self-cultivation of ethics and strengthen the moral personality of the teachers in charge of the teaching of ideological and political theory; to perfect system concerning teacher morality and improve the evaluation system about those teachers’ ethics; to improve teachers’ professional quality and promote those teachers’ professionalism; finally,to optimization ethics environment and build a fine teacher culture on campus.更多还原
