【摘要】 教学团队建设是广播电视大学教师队伍建设的一项重要内容,这是电大作为大学组织的内在特性,是转型国家开放大学的要求,是提升电大核心竞争力的关键,也是电大培养自己高水平教师队伍的重要手段。在规范分析的基础上,主要通过问卷调查进行实证分析,分析了阻碍电大教学团队建设的一些因素,并提出了相应策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of a teaching team is very important for the development of teaching staff in TV University.It is the inner characteristic of TV University which is operated as a university organization,the demand to transfer to the Open University,the essential requirement to improve the system core competence and the demand to cultivate a high level teaching staff.In the thesis,on the basis of normative analysis and using the questionnaire survey,it shows the obstacles in the construction of teaching staff and pus forward the corresponding strategy.更多还原
