Objective To establish and validate an indirect ELISA method for determination of Haemophilus influenzae type a(Hia) capsular polysaccharide(CPS)-specific IgG content in mouse sera. Methods Capsular polysaccharidetyramined(CPS-Tyr) was prepared by activation of Hia CPS with 1-cyano-4-dimethylaminopyridiniumtetrafluoroborate(CDAP).
