【摘要】 低碳消费方式是一种文明、科学、健康的,符合生态化要求的消费方式,其以"低碳"为导向,以共生型消费为价值指引,是解决人类生存环境危机的必由之路。为了保证社会经济在低碳的轨道上健康发展,就必须建立健全相应的法律体系。在我国,法律法规的缺失导致广大民众的低碳消费法制意识淡薄,背离了低碳消费的价值取向。因此,需要从制定《低碳消费促进法》、健全消费者权益保护法律制度、改革消费税制、构建低碳押金制度、建立低碳产品标志标注制度等方面,完善我国的低碳消费法律体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Low-carbon consumption is a civilized,scientific,healthy consumption pattern which is consistent with ecological requirements. It is low-carbon oriented and its value guideline is the symbiotic consumption. It is the only way to deal with the crisis of human living environment. In order to ensure the healthy development of social economy in the track of low-carbon,it is necessary to establish and improve the legal system. In China,due to the lack of legal regulations,people are not aware of legal system of low-carbon consumption,which deviates from the value orientation of low-carbon consumption. Therefore,several measures should be taken in order to improve legal system of low-carbon consumption in China. Firstly,it is necessary to formulate the "Law on Promotion of Low-carbon Consumption". Secondly,it is important to improve the legal system to protect the interests of consumers and reform consumption tax system. Thirdly,it is essential to set up a low-carbon deposit system and a logo system of low-carbon products.更多还原
