【Abstract】 Because of strong pathogenicity,drug resistance and stress resistance,biofilm has become a major problem of global concern. In this paper,a review was made on the quantitative analysis methods of biofilm biomass,total cell count,living cell number,macromolecular substance and structure,which was expected to provide abandant methods for biofilm research. We are also looking forward to provide theory reference to promote biofilm quantitative analysis method,thereby we can better prevent,control and exploit biofilm.更多还原
