【Abstract】 Empoasca vitis is one of the most destructive insects in Chinese tea plants. With a growing demand of safe and quality tea,effective approach to prevent the insect has become more important. The prevention and control methods for this insect were discussed in this paper,including chemical control,biological control,physical control and agricultural control.
