云南松松塔中木质素超声提取工艺研究

【摘要】 采用正交实验设计,以木质素的提取率为指标,通过对提取时间、超声功率、料液比和提取温度4个因素进行探讨,优选云南松松塔中木质素的提取工艺。优选出的最佳超声提取工艺为:提取时间40min,料液比1∶10(g/m L),超声功率200W,提取温度45℃,加入7滴浓硫酸量。验证试验表明,云南松松塔中木质素的提取率为39.83%(RSD=0.83%,n=5)。该实验优选的云南松松塔中木质素的提取工艺稳定、可行。

【Abstract】 To optimize extraction technology of Ligin from pinecone of Pinus yunnanensis.Taken the extraction rate of lignin as index,the optimal extraction conditions of lignin(including extraction time,ultrasonic power,and ratio of material-liquid,extraction temperature) were investigated with orthogonal experimental design.The optimal parameters were as follows:extraction time of 40 min,ratio of material-liquid of 1:10(g/m L),ultrasonic power for 200 W,extraction temperature of 45℃,sulfuric acid as catalyst.Verification test showed the extraction rate of lignin in ponecone of Pinus yunnanensis was 39.83%(RSD = 0.25%,n = 5).The optimal method was stable and feasible.
