复合酶法提取芹菜籽油的新技术研究

【摘要】 芹菜籽为原料,采用单因素法与正交设计法对复合酶法提取芹菜籽油的工艺条件进行优选,并对自提的芹菜籽油化学成分进行GC-MS分析,实验结果表明最佳工艺条件为:选择中性蛋白酶和中温α淀粉酶(1∶1比例)复合使用,酶添加量为1.7%,料液比1∶6,pH为6.2,55℃酶解4h。在此工艺条件下,芹菜籽油的提取率45.6%,芹菜籽油总得率为4.1%;用GC-MS从芹菜籽油中共鉴定出23种化合物。

【Abstract】 Celery seeds as raw material,composite enzymatic extraction conditions of celery seed oil was optimized by single factor method and orthogonal design method and on the chemical composition of celery seed oil from the GCMS analysis the experimental results show that the selection of neutral protease and medium temperature amylase(1 ∶ 1) composite,enzyme dosage is 1.7%,the material liquid ratio 1 ∶ 6,pH 6.2,55 ℃ enzymatic 4h,under this condition,celery seed oil extraction rate was 45.6%,total yield is 4.1% celery seed oil.From celery seed oil were identified 23 kinds of compounds with GC-MS.
