BDNF与T2DM及糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨脑源性神经营养因子(Brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)与2型糖尿病(Diabetes mellitus type2,T2DM)及糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的相关性研究。方法:纳入T2DM及DPN患者各45例,分别对两组患者血压、血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、BDNF等指标进行对比分析。对两组患者BDNF表达水平变化的相关因素进行Pearson相关分析以及多因素线性回归分析。结果:DPN组病程、FBG、HOMA-IR、BDNF分别为(12.16±5.84)年、(10.24±3.93)mmol/L、(3.75±2.02)、(3.43±0.94),T2DM组病程、FBG、HOMA-IR、BDNF分别为(7.43±5.29)年、(8.19±3.35)mmol/L、(2.69±1.84)、(4.91±1.67),差异有显著性(P<0.05);多因素线性回归分析显示,病程、感觉阈值与BDNF表达水平相关(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析显示,BDNF表达水平与HOMA-IR存在显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论:DPN患者BDNF水平明显降低,其水平与感觉阈值、病程、HOMA-IR呈现负相关。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the correlation of Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) with Diabetes mellitus type 2(T2DM) and Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods: 45 T2DM patients and 45 DPN patients were selected. The indexes like blood pressure, blood sugar, blood fat, HOMA-IR and BDNF of two groups were compared. The influence factors for BDNF expression changes of two groups were analyzed through Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression. Results: The disease course, FBG,HOMA-IR, BDNF in DPN group was(12.16±5.84) years,(10.24±3.93) mmol/L,(3.75±2.02) and(3.43±0.94) respectively, but was(7.43±5.29) years,(8.19±3.35) mmol/L,(2.69±1.84) and(4.91±1.67) in T2DM group; the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). The multiple linear regression analysis results indicated that the disease course and threshold of feelings was correlated with the expression of BDNF(P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis results indicated that the expression of BDNF was negatively correlated with HOMA-IR(P<0.05). Conclusion: For DPN patients, the level of BDNF is greatly reduced and negatively correlated with threshold of feelings, disease course and HOMA-IR.
