【Abstract】 As a main feature of epithelial cells,apico-basal polarity is involved in multiple biological processes including cel shape,migration and maintenance of cell function.A pico-basal polarity complexes contain three well-conserved members,namely,PAR,SCRB and CRB.Loss of cell polarity is a hall mark for carcinoma,and deregulated or upregulated expression of apico-basal polartiy complex components has been well reported in a wide range of cancer types.This review will give an overview of the apico-basa.polarity complexes and theirclose relationship with cancer.更多还原
