稀土化合物对PA66结晶行为的影响

【摘要】 采用熔融共混的方法制备了PA66/硬脂酸镧、PA66/氧化镧两种共混物,研究了不同含量下2种稀土化合物对PA66结晶行为的影响,并分析了不同变化产生的机理。结果表明:硬脂酸镧与PA66产生的络合配位作用,破坏了分子间的氢键,阻碍了α1面的晶体生长,并在高含量下降低了共混物的熔融峰温度和结晶峰温度。而氧化镧以简单填充的方式在PA66中起到异相成核的效果,随其含量的增加,共混物的结晶峰温度和结晶速率升高。

【Abstract】 Rare earth compound / PA66 composite were prepared by melt-extrusion process. The crystallization behavior of the rare earth / nylon 66 composite was studied by X-ray diffraction( XRD),differential scanning calorimetry( DSC) and polarized optical microscopy( POM). The results showed that( C17H35COO)3La in PA66 could destroy the hydrogen bond and change the crystallization behavior. The melting point and the crystallization temperature of the blend decreased at high levels.The α1( 100) growth was prevented significantly,La2O3 played a heterogeneous nucleation effect in nylon 66. With increasing the content,the crystallization temperature and crystallization rate of the composite increased.
