【摘要】 资源型地区由于长期的地质灾害、生态破坏、贫富分化、价值观扭曲和政治生态恶化,存在着严重的自然风险、社会风险和政治风险。本文基于资源型地区这一特殊区域及其复杂的利益关系和治理环境,从全面、协调、可持续发展的角度,探索以新型城镇化为方向、以共同富裕为原则的资源型地区治理逻辑。资源型地区治理只有沿着新型城镇化方向,才能使当地农民的居住转换、职业转换、身份转换毕其功于一役,从而综合解决资源型地区面临的治理困境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Due to long periods of geological hazards,ecological destruction,the gap between rich and poor,value distortion and deterioration of political ecology,there exist serious natural,social,and political risks in resource-based regions.Based on the complex interest relationship and governance environment of these regions,and from the perspective of comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development,this paper explores the governing logic for resource-based regions with a new type of urbanization as its direction and common prosperity as the principle.Only through this new urbanization can these regions fulfill the residential change,occupation switch and identity transformation of the local people at one stroke,and make it possible to solve the predicament of governance in these regions.更多还原
