【摘要】 目的:探讨色素框同源物(CBX)7在膀胱尿路上皮癌(BUC)中的表达及临床意义。方法:用免疫组化SABC法检测BUC标本中CBX7表达,分析其与肿瘤病理分级和临床分期相关性。结果:CBX7在对照组和BUC组中均有表达,BUC组中表达率低于对照组(P<0.05);随着肿瘤分期和分级的升高,CBX7表达减少,其中高级别膀胱癌阳性表达率明显低于低级别的(P<0.05)。结论:CBX7与BUC的发生、病理分级和临床分期有关,其表达下调可能提示肿瘤具有高侵袭性,有望成为判断BUC侵袭力及预后的一个重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of chromobox(CBX)7 in bladder urothelial carcinoma(BUC). Methods:The expression of CBX7 in BUC by immunohistochemical SABC method was detected. The relationship of CBX7 and the pathological grade and stage of BUC was analyzed. Results:The expression of CBX7 was found in the control and BUC groups. The expression rate in the BUC group was reduced,compared with control group(P<0.05). With the increase of tumor grade and stage,the expression of CBX7 was reduced(P<0.05). Conclusion:CBX7 may be related to the occurrence of BUC and its pathological grade and clinical stage,its low expression might indicate the tumor with high invasiveness. CBX7 is expected to become an important indicator for judging the invasiveness and prognosis of BUC.更多还原
