微波辅助水浴提取银杏叶黄酮条件的优化

【摘要】 以银杏叶为原料,通过单因素试验和正交试验优化了微波辅助水浴浸提黄酮的工艺条件。试验结果表明:银杏叶黄酮提取的最佳条件是以60%乙醇为提取剂、微波时间120 s、水浴温度80℃、水浴时间2.5 h,该条件下的黄酮得率达到16.94 mg/g。此外,试验还就叶绿素对黄酮测定的影响、灭酶处理对黄酮保存的影响进行了研究。

【Abstract】 Using leaves of Ginkgo biloba as material, the extraction conditions of flavonoids by microwave-assisted water bath process were optimized through single-factor test and orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of flavonoids from Gingko leaves were 60% ethanol concentration, microwave processing time 120 s, water bath temperature 80 ℃, and water bath processing time 2.5 h. The extraction yield of flavonoids was 16.94 mg/g under such conditions. In addition, the influence of chlorophyll on flavonoids determination and the effect of enzyme inactivation on flavonoids preservation were also studied.
