基于因子分析与数据包络分析的高校专业建设效率评价研究:以辽宁省高校数学与应用数学专业为例
Research on the Efficiency Evaluation of University Professional Construction Based on Factor Analysis and Data Envelopment Analysis——A case study of the mathematics and applied mathematics in Liaoning province
【摘要】 目前高校专业建设质量和效率是教育行政部门关注的热点问题.基于因子分析和数据包络分析方法,对辽宁省16所高校的数学与应用数学专业进行专业建设效率评价.对影响专业建设效率投入和产出指标分别进行因子分析,提取3个投入因子,分别是教师因子、专业课程因子和资源设备因子;提取2个产出因子,分别是科研因子和学生因子,计算出各决策单元的投入产出的分数,再用数据包络分析方法计算出各决策单元的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率,指出各高校在专业建设中投入和产出方面的不足之处,优化专业的资源配置,为各高校专业建设和发展提供参考.
【Abstract】 At present,the professional construction quality and efficiency of higher education are the hot topics in the administrative department of education.Factor Analysis and Data Envelopment Analysis are employed to estimate the efficiency of the Mathematics and Applied Mathematics of 16 universities in Liaoning province.Using Factor Analysis analyzes the indicators which impact the professional construction efficiency,extracting 3 input indicators and 2 output indicators.The 3 input indicators consist of teacher staff,professional course and resources.The 2 output indicators include scientific research and personnel training.By input and output indicators,the score of input and output of each evaluation unit could be calculated.Then,using CCR model and BCC model based on DEA method can calculate the technical efficiency,the pure technical efficiency and the scale efficiency of each evaluation unit.It can provide some references for the professional construction and the development of higher education by pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of input and output in the professional construction,then optimizing the allocation of resources.
