【摘要】 交通信息化建设和应用在改善城市道路问题等方面的社会效益受到广泛关注,但实际中较少对其贡献价值进行研究.通过应用DEA方法,结合回归分析,从投入产出角度选取指标建立交通信息化对道路畅通性的贡献测算模型,并以北京市为例进行实证分析.研究结果显示,北京市2005-2014年交通信息化对道路畅通性改善的年平均贡献值为17.47%.研究结论为交通信息化绩效的评估提供理论支撑,辅助交通信息化建设和应用的规划制定.更多还原

【Abstract】 the performance of traffic informatization construction and application in improving urban roads and other social aspects attract widespread attention,but there are few researches on its contribution in actually.Through using DEA model,combine with regression analysis,select indicators from the perspective of input-output to build model of calculating contribution rate of traffic informatization in road traffic smooth,and choose Beijing as an example.The results show that the annual mean contribution value of Beijing is 17.47%in the period of 2005-2014.The conclusions provide theoretical support for evaluation on the performance of traffic informatization,and assist planning-making of traffic information construction and application.更多还原
