【Abstract】 In this paper,according to the perishable and loss feature of fresh agricultural products,puts forward a supply chain collaborative mode of operation based on CPFR.It can achieve information sharing,collaborative planning forecasting and replenishment,collaborative and concentrated decision making mechanism.Then taking the supply chain system of fresh agricultural products constituted of some suppliers,one wholesaler,and some Retailers for example,analyzes the replenishment strategy in case of deteriorating items varying with time and inventory and collaborative and concentrated replenishment strategy.更多还原
