单板种类对沙柳复合层积板力学性能影响

【摘要】 沙柳复合层积板是一种新型结构材,该研究为了沙柳的高效利用开辟了新的途径,可以有效的改进传统沙柳材加工利用方式。本文以沙柳、马尾松厚单板、杉木单板、杨木单板为原料,采用前期研究获得的最佳制备工艺参数,选用脲醛树脂胶黏剂制备不同树种单板沙柳复合层积工程材料,旨在获得不同单板种类及厚度对沙柳复合层积板物理力学性能的影响,进而为沙柳高效利用提供理论依据。研究结果表明:单板种类、厚度及组配结构对沙柳复合层积板静曲强度、弹性模量和握钉力影响显著,单板厚度增加有助于提高沙柳复合材料力学性能,马尾松沙柳复合层积板力学性能最佳;5层杨木沙柳复合层积板有效增加横纹弹性模量,因此需要充分研究单板层数对沙柳层积复合板板性能的影响。

【Abstract】 Salix laminated composite board is a new processing way,which can effectively improve the traditional processing and utilization. In the paper,three kinds of veneers were used as raw materials and urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive was used to get different thickness of veneer species of salix composite laminated engineering materials. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of the different veneer species on the physical and mechanical properties of composite laminated board,which can provide theoretical basis for salix efficient utilization. The results showed that the type of veneer,thickness and lay up of salix composite laminated panel had signifiant impact on the MOR,MOE and nail holding power; the increase of veneer thickness helped improve salix compound material mechanics performance,pinus massoniana veneer and salix composite laminated was the best panel; Five layers composite laminated panel increased the horizontal stripes elastic modulus effectively,therefore we need to do some research about how the veneer layers affect on the laminated composite panel.
