【摘要】 为了寻找手指末节损伤的有效治疗方法,笔者选取山东省荣成市人民医院自1993年以来采用原位再生医疗技术治疗的手指末节损伤患者,从清创、换药、辅助疗法等方面介绍原位再生医疗技术治疗手指末节损伤的规范方法,并观察分析其临床疗效。结果发现原位再生医疗技术能够最大限度地促进损伤部位组织的原位再生,保留患指的外观和功能,是手指末节损伤的理想疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To find an effective treatment for the finger terminal segment injury,we selected the patients with finger terminal segment injuries admitted into the Rongcheng People’s Hospital,Shandong Province since 1993 and treated with the in situ regenerative medical technology to observe and analyze the clinical therapeutic effects by introducing the standard application of the in situ regenerative medical technology from the perspectives of debridement,dressing change,adjuvant therapy and etc.And the results showed that the in situ regenerative medical technology can maximally promote the in situ regeneration of injured tissues and maintain the appearance and functions of the affected fingers.The technology is an ideal treatment for finger terminal segment injury.更多还原
