【摘要】 在"潮汕女大学生就业选择行为影响机制研究"课题基础上,结合潮汕女大学生就业选择调查结果,聚焦潮汕地区特殊的文化环境和观念背景,探究潮汕女大学生就业方向趋同化与多样化、保守性与开放性的冲突与融合,深入分析其特点形成的原因,并从时间和空间的角度比较,提出强化潮汕女大学生就业选择的主体意识和竞争观念,试图消除文化冲突和融合带来的就业选择迷茫和焦虑。个人、高校、政府三体联动,努力实现潮汕女大学生就业选择的科学化和多样化。更多还原
