【Abstract】 Using the Dendrobium as the raw material of the study, then vacuum freeze-drying method was adopted through the production exploration of Dendrobium. The result of experiments indicated that the economical and optimum quality freeze drying Dendrobium production could be got under the following conditions: the freezing velocity was 1.5℃/min; the pressure in drying room was 20 pa; the loading of the machine was 5.35 kg/m2; the heating temperature was 50℃ and drying in 5.7 hours. Through experiments green-protect conditions related to the quality of freeze drying Dendrobium was given. Then the curve of freeze drying Dendrobium was achieved and it assured the optimum processing technology of freeze drying Dendrobium production.更多还原
