不同生境福寿螺卵块的密度及空间分布

【摘要】 采用随机取样对韶关学院人工湖(东湖、西湖、望湖)及韶关学院周边乡镇(白土镇、一六镇、江湾镇、大塘镇)的不同生境(水稻田、弃耕稻田、荷塘、农用水渠、湖边)的福寿螺卵块进行综合调查,并通过聚集度指标法、Iwao的M*-m直线回归法、Taylor的幂法则等测定人工湖、荷塘、稻田、弃耕稻田、农用水渠的福寿螺卵块的密度及其空间分布情况.结果表明不同生境福寿螺卵块的密度是弃耕水田>水稻田>农用水渠>荷塘>人工湖,福寿螺的卵块在不同生境中的空间分布型总体呈聚集分布,只有望湖卵块呈均匀分布,没有出现随机分布.

【Abstract】 Comprehensive survey on the egg masses of Pomacea canaliculata was conducted in artificial lake of Shaoguan University(East Lake, West Lake, Wang Lake) and surrounding towns of Baitu Town, Yiliu Town,Jiangwan Town, Datang Town, Houshan Village, respectively. The methods of aggregation index, Iwao’s linear regression and Taylor’s power-law were utilized to analyze densities and spatial distributions of Pomacea canaliculata’s egg masses in rice seedling bed, abandoned rice seedling bed, lotus pond, agricultural drains and lakeside. The results showed that the egg masses of Pomacea canaliculata in different habitats present were aggregated distribution as agricultural drains>rice seedling bed>abandoned rice seedling bed>lotus pon>man-made lake, respectively.
