【摘要】 以上饶市信州区为例,选择15所民办幼儿园为调查对象,发现其存在以下问题:资金投入不足与办园条件不达标、园舍的建筑用地面积小、幼儿教师学历水平低、师资队伍极不稳定和"小学化"倾向严重等。政府应加大对民办幼儿园的投资力度、制定相应措施鼓励民间资金的投入、提高民办幼儿教师福利待遇、提升一线教师的培训质量和高校学前教育专业与幼儿园对接等相应的对策和建议,以提高该区民办幼儿园的整体教育水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking 15 private kindergartens in Xingzhou district as examples,the article analyzes the current situation of the private kindergartens in Shangrao city,and can find some problems with them:insufficient capital investment,non-standard conditions of kindergartens,small indoor and outdoor areas,low education level of the kindergarten teachers,unstable teaching team and serious inclination to Primary School.Thus in order to improve the integral education level of the private kindergarten,the government is supposed to increase investment in private kindergartens,formulate corresponding measures to encourage folk capital investment,improve private preschool teachers’ welfare,improve the training quality of the teachers and join the preschool education major at universities with private kindergartens.更多还原
