【Abstract】 By conjugating ployclonal antibody of anti- AFM1 and quantum dots, the system of fluorescent quantitative immunochromatogragphic card was established. The detection line is established by coating NC film with AFM1-BSA conjugate. The detection line is established by coating NC film with sheep anti-rat second antibody. This system could quantified AFM1 correctly in the range of 0.156 μg/L-1.25 μg/L. The sensitivity of the detection card was 0.156 μg/L.更多还原
