【摘要】 本文通过体外和体内试验评价藤本豆豆荚总黄酮的抗肿瘤活性。藤本豆豆荚总黄酮可在体外抑制HL-60、Hep G2、BGC-823和S180肿瘤细胞的增殖,其抑制率分别为32.52%、43.13%、62.34%和74.31%,藤本豆豆荚总黄酮对小鼠体内S180肉瘤的生长存在一定的抑制作用,抑瘤率最高为59.15%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of total flavonoids from Perennial Lablab sp. Hull(FPLH) on the anti-tumor activity and immunological activity were studied in vivo and vitro. The results showed that FPLH can inhibit the proliferative of cancer cells such as HL-60,Hep G2,BGC-823 and S180,the inhibition rate was 32.52%,43.13%,62.34% and 74.31% respectively. FPLH showed significant inhibitory effects on S180 tumorbearing mice,the tumor growth inhibition rate were 59.15%.更多还原
