食用玫瑰花样品中铁元素含量的测定
Determination of the Iron Content of Rosa Rugosa
【摘要】 采用邻二氮菲分光光度法测定食用玫瑰中微量铁的含量。本次实验中,邻二氮菲—铁有色配合物最大吸收峰的波长为510 nm,该有色配合物具有较好的稳定性,显色剂邻二氮菲的最适使用量为2.0 m L,该法测得福建南靖产食用玫瑰花样品中的Fe2+离子含量为67.26 mg/kg。
【Abstract】 Phenanthroline spectrophotometry was chosen to measure the iron content of rosa rugosa.In this test,the maximum absorption peak of the Phenanthroline-iron colored complex was 510 nm,and the stability of the complex was very well,and the optimal usage amount of phen solution was 2.0 m L.With this method,the iron in the rosa rugosa was measured,and the content of it was 67.26 mg/kg.
