【Abstract】 Using taurine and polysaccharide peptide as raw material, mainly discuss the process of compound solid sport beverage from taurine and polysaccharide peptide. The results showed that the best ratio of taurine and polysaccharide peptide extract was 1︰1. The optimum process condition of compound solid sport beverage from taurine and polysaccharide peptide was determined, such as taurine and polysaccharide peptide content for 9%, corn dextrin for 2.25%, sucrose content for 11%, citric acid content for 0.06%.更多还原
