鲢鱼鱼油不饱和脂肪酸乙酯化工艺优化

【摘要】 以鲢鱼鱼油为原料,采用碱催化法对鱼油进行乙酯化,通过单因素实验和正交试验优化条件,确定鱼油乙酯化反应的最佳工艺参数组合为:催化剂NaOH添加量为鱼油质量的0.2%、醇油摩尔比为8∶1、反应温度为75℃、反应时间为1.5 h,该工艺下脂肪酸乙酯得率为97.47%。

【Abstract】 In this study,fish oil from Silver Carp was used as the raw material to study unsaturated acid esterification catalyzed by sodium hydroxide. By the single factor experiments and the orthogonal experiments,the best conditions for fish oil ethyl ester were obtained as following. The addition amount of sodium hydroxide was 0. 2%( w / w)of fish oil weight. The molar ratio of methanol to oil was 8∶ 1. The reaction temperature was 75 ℃,and the reaction time was 1. 5h. The yield of ethyl ester was 97. 47%.
