【摘要】 港口物流信息化绩效评价是港口信息化建设管控中的重要环节。文中基于BSC-DEA-ASP综合模型对港口物流信息化绩效评价进行了深入研究,以广西北部湾三大港口为例,运用BSC理论构建了港口物流信息化评价指标体系,在此基础上,采用多种DEA衍生模型从指标体系的四个维度上分别对港口物流信息化绩效加以评价。结果显示,不同维度上,各个港口物流信息化绩效表现不一。最后,在四个维度评价基础上结合AHP法对港口物流信息化绩效综合评价,结果显示,钦州港综合物流信息化表现最佳,其次是防城港、北海港。更多还原

【Abstract】 The performance evaluation of port logistics informatization is an important part of port information construction control. In this paper,BSC-DEA-ASP model of comprehensive evaluation of port logistics informatization performance based on in-depth research on three major ports in Guangxi Beibu Gulf as an example,establishes the evaluation index system of port logistics information using BSC theory. on this basis,we using a variety of DEA derived model from the four dimensions of the index system of port logistics informatization performance evaluation. The results showed that different dimensions each port logistics informatization performance are not same. Finally,in the four dimensions of evaluation based on the combination of AHP method on comprehensive evaluation of port logistics informatization performance results show that the best performance of integrated logistics of Qinzhou port information.
