【摘要】 家族上市公司作为民营企业的重要组成成分,其企业绩效与我国经济发展有着密不可分的关系。文中分别选取在内地和香港上市的30家我国家族企业为研究对象,以总资产收益率(ROA)作为衡量企业绩效的指标,通过采用解释结构模型法(ISM)研究影响我国家族上市公司企业绩效的因素;对影响因素的重要性层级进行划分,得出了影响我国家族上市公司企业绩效的直接、中层与深层影响因素;最后针对各影响因素重要性程度,提出了提高企业绩效的方法建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The family listed companies is an important component of private enterprises, the development of family listed companies is becoming increasingly important to the economic growth in China. Through the analysis of the current status of 30 family listed companies, using ROA to reflect the enterprise performance, the paper will explore the reasons for the performance gap and various factors with the use of Interpretative Structural Modeling Method(ISM). According to the important level of factors, the paper will propose effective methods to promote the performance of our family listed companies and its long-lasting development.更多还原
