【摘要】 为实现国家电网"服务优质"的战略目标,克服电网计量装置需求不确定性给配送管理工作带来的困难,国家电网亟需一种柔性化的配送模式来应对。文中结合电网计量装置配送现状以及发展趋势进行分析,然后对电网计量装置可行的配送模式进行组合,形成四种柔性配送模式。进一步地,提出将电网计量装置柔性化配送模式和不同的应用情境相匹配的原则与方法。最后,通过两个案例说明了柔性配送模式的具体应用过程。文中的研究可以为国家电网系统物资的柔性化配送管理策略的实施提供可借鉴的理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to realize the state grid’s strategic goal-quality service and overcome the difficulties in the distribution management caused by the uncertainty of the demand of the power grid metering device,the State Grid needs a flexible distribution model to deal with. This paper analyses the distribution status and development trend of the power grid metering devices and combines the feasible distribution modes and forms four kinds of flexible distribution modes. Further,this paper presents the principle and method of matching the flexible distribution model and different application situation. Finally,two cases are used to illustrate the specific application of flexible distribution mode. The research of this paper can provide reference for the implementation of the flexible distribution management strategy of the State Grid system.更多还原
