现代职教体系下高职港航专业人才衔接培养的关键问题与对策
The Main Issues and Corresponding Countermeasures of Joint Cultivation of the Ports and Shipping Professional Talent in Modern Vocational Education System
【摘要】 在校企合作的背景下,探讨港航专业人才衔接培养的关键问题,并提出相应的对策,有利于加快港航专业现代职教体系的构建,满足港航企业对技术技能人才的个性化需求。
【Abstract】 With the cooperation between higher vocational school and enterprise, discussing the main issues in joint cultivation of the Ports and shipping professional talent and making corresponding countermeasures contribute to accelerating the construction of port and shipping professional modern vocational education system, and meeting port and shipping enterprise’s individual needs of skilled personals.
