【Abstract】 Take public service as the core, take smart as the goal, and take information and intelligence as a means to construct smart public service, is the main trend of the construction of urban public services in the future. The paper takes the public perspective, and proposes the smart public service mode based on public life cycle. Then builds the smart public service cloud platform as a research vehicle, and discusses the following four aspects: concept, platform, management service and operation.
