电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定葡萄酒中32种元素的含量

【摘要】 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)测定葡萄酒中Li、Be、B、Na、Mg、Al、P、K、Mn、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、Zn、Ga、As、Mo、Cd、Sn、Sb、Cs、Ba、Hg、TL、Ca、V、Cr、Se、Rb、Sr、Pb和Sb等32种无机元素含量的分析方法。方法葡萄酒样品经直接进样,使用ICP-MS测定32种元素的含量。选择射频功率1550 W,通过在线引入内标后每隔10 min采集含6%(体积分数)乙醇的标准溶液信号以降低基体引起的干扰。结果葡萄酒中含有多种微量元素,其中Ca、Mg、K、Rb、P、Cu含量较高。各元素加标回收率为86%~118%,精密度为0.4%~4.9%(n=10),方法的检出限为0.005~4.00μg/L。标准曲线线性、检出限、精密度及加标回收率等测定结果均令人满意。结论应用ICP-MS直接分析葡萄酒中的微量无机元素具有准确度高、分析快速简便的优点,在葡萄酒无机元素分析方面具有很大的潜力。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of 32 kinds of inorganic elements including Li, Be, B, Na, Mg, Al, P, K, Mn, Fe, Ni, Co, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Mo, Cd, Sn, Sb, Cs, Ba, Hg, TL, Ca, V, Cr, Se, Rb, Sr, Pb and Sb etc. in wine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Methods Wine samples were detected by ICP-MS after direct sampling. Selecting radio frequency(RF) power of 1550 W, the matrix interference was reduced through online introducing internal standard solution containing 6%(V:V) ethanol and signal collection every 10 min. Results Wine contained a variety of trace elements, among the content of Ca, Mg, K, Rb, P and Cu was higher. The recoveries of various elements were 86%~118%, the precisions were 0.4%~4.9%, and the limits of detection were 0.005~4.00 μg/L. The linearity of standard curve, detection limit, precision and recovery rates etc. were satisfactory. Conclusion Application of ICP-MS in direct analysis of trace inorganic elements in wine was accurate, rapid and simple, which has great potential in the analysis of inorganic elements in the wine industry.
