二乙醇胺基木质素的合成研究
Synthesis Research of Diethanolamine-based Lignin
【摘要】 选用木质素为原料,通过Mannich反应将二乙醇胺基引入木质素,使其具有典型的水泥助磨剂基团。研究表明,本方法可有效提升木质素中的氮含量。正交分析表明,最佳方法为:木质素、甲醛、二乙醇胺的质量比在1:1:1.8的情况下,在60℃下反应3h。
【Abstract】 Using lignin as raw material, through Mannich reaction, the diethanolamine is drawn to lignin, which has the typical cement grinding aid groups. Research shows that this method can effectively improve the nitrogen content in lignin. Orthogonal analysis shows that the best method would be achieved when the quality ration of the lignin, formaldehyde, diethanolamine is 1:1:1.8, the best reaction temperature is about 60℃, reaction time is 3 hours.
