【摘要】 目的 探讨人工真皮联合创面封闭式负压引流技术修复头皮软组织大范围全层缺损伴颅骨外露的临床疗效。方法 自2012年9月至2014年4月,对8例颅骨外露的患者采取人工真皮覆盖联合创面封闭式负压引流技术行负压引流。结果 8例患者皮片全部存活。随访6~12个月,皮肤弹性好,无溃疡,无水疱发生。结论 人工真皮联合创面封闭式负压引流技术修复头皮软组织大范围全层缺损是一种简单有效的好方法 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the treatment of large full-thickness defect of scalp soft tissue with skull exposure and closed negative pressure drainage combined with artificial dermis.Methods From September 2012 to April 2014,8 patients with skull exposure after scalp avulsion were repaired by covering the exposed skull with artificial dermis,followed by closed negative pressure drainage.Results The flaps in all 8 cases survived primarily.Follow-up was performed for 6 to 12 months.Satisfactory cosmetic and functional results were obtained in all patients.Conclusion The method of artificial dermis combined closed negative pressure drainage technology is easy and effective for the repair of large full-thickness defects of scalp soft tissue.更多还原
