【摘要】 目的 探讨在后腰部脂肪抽吸术中,采用精细分区计数法对手术结果 的影响。方法 术前对各部位脂肪的厚度进行充分了解,将抽吸部位均匀划分为几个类似矩形的区域。麻醉后,在每个分区从上至下进行依次抽吸。一侧手术完成后,详细记录每个区域抽吸的针道数目及每个针道抽吸的次数,并记录单侧的脂肪抽吸量作为对侧参照。另一侧手术同上。结果 对所有患者随访7~44个月,平均16.3个月,效果满意。结论 分区计数法脂肪抽吸术效果良好,具有易于掌握,术后患者满意度高等优点,是后腰部形态重塑的理想术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of partition counting method on operation outcome in lumbar region liposuction.Methods Have a fully understanding of the thickness of fat in target area before the operation.The target area was equally divided into several rectangular regions.After anesthesia,the liposuction was performed from the top to bottom in each sub-region.After complete one side,detail record the number of needle in each sub-region and the number of each needle suction.The volume of unilateral suction fat served as a reference.The operation procedure of the other side was the same as above.Results All of the patients felt satisfactory after a 7-month to 44-month follow-up,average 16.3 months.Conclusion Employing partition counting method in liposuction has a good effect,it’s easy to master and suitable for clinical application.This method is an ideal way in lumbar region shaping.更多还原
