【摘要】 目的评价标准化二维数码照片测量数据,量化分析颧骨突出面部特征的可行性。方法回顾自2013年10月至2015年10月行颧骨L形截骨降低术的非对称性颧骨突出患者35例,对术前、术后的标准化斜侧位照片进行颧骨突度P值、高度H值测量,所得数据配对分析(包括术前颧骨较大侧与较小侧、术前与术后及术后双侧)。结果标准化斜侧位照片测量数据显示,术前颧骨较大侧与较小侧颧骨突度P值及高度H值差异均有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05);术后颧骨突度P值减小明显,具有统计学意义,而颧骨高度变化不显著;术后双侧颧骨突度及高度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用标准化二维数码照片行颧骨面部测量,能真实、可靠地反映颧骨突度和高度,可操作性强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the feasibility of the quantitative measurement method on prominent zygoma based on digital photographs.Methods Thirty-five cases of asymmetrical prominent zygoma that had received L-shaped reduction malarplasty were viewed.The parameters of malar eminence and height in the standard photographs were measured.Comparative t-test was applied to the results to perform statistical analysis,including the larger vs smaller side before operation,the pre-operation vs post-operation and the left vs right side after operation.Results The difference of malar eminence and height between the larger and smaller side was significant.The malar eminence showed a significant decrease in prominence between the pre-operation and post-operation groups without a significant change in height.There was no significant difference between bilateral malar after the operation.Conclusion The quantitative measurement method based on digital photograph was reliable and authentic and easy to use.更多还原
