【摘要】 目的 探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植隆颏的术前评估方法和技术要点。方法 回顾自2010年至2014年,中国医学科学院北京协和医学院整形外科医院整形三科接受脂肪隆颏的患者,并分析手术相关细节和随访效果。结果 共105例患者接受了自体脂肪隆颏术,1次脂肪注射35例,注射量平均为4.0 ml;2次脂肪注射41例,总注射量平均为5.9 ml;3次脂肪注射29例,总注射量平均为7.2 ml。59例(56.2%)觉得术后明显改善;37例(35.2%)觉得有改善,9例(8.6%)觉得无改善。结论 自体脂肪颗粒移植可用于矫正轻、中度的小颏患者;术前应根据患者颏部解剖基础进行标记,脂肪注射应多点、多层次,通常将脂肪分布到颏部深浅脂肪垫中;随访发现脂肪隆颏能够改善水平方向颏突,但对颏长的改善效果不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method of preoperative assessment and technical points of autogenous fat grafting for chin augmentation.Methods From 2010 to 2014,the retrospective analysis,including the relative details of operation and the results of follow-up was performed on 105 patients who underwent the chin augmentation by autogenous fat grafting in our department.Results Total 105 patients underwent chin fat augmentation.The numbers of patients who underwent once,twice,and 3-times lipoinjections were 35,41,and 29,respectively.The respective mean amounts of each injection were 4.0 ml,5.9 ml and 7.2 ml.The number of patients with marked improvement,improvement,and no change were 59(56.2%),37(35.2%) and 9(8.6%) respectively.Conclusion Chin augmentation by autogenous fat grafting can correct mild to moderate microgenia;preoperative marks were adopted based on chin anatomy.Fat injection was generally multi-point and multi-layer and fat was injected into superficial and deep fat pad of chin.Follow-up results show that the method can be implemented to improve the level of chin augmentation in the sagittal plane in varying degrees,but is ineffective for prolonging chin height by lipofilling.更多还原
