【摘要】 目的 探讨阴道松弛患者的术前评估要点和必要性。方法对40例施行阴道紧缩术患者的术前相关症状与体征按照阴道松弛问卷调查表进行评估,然后再设计手术方案。对合并Ⅲ度以上陈旧性会阴裂者要重建肛门括约肌。结果 按照问卷调查表进行评估,所有患者手术安全,术后满意度高,并能及时发现部分患者隐匿的相关症状和体征,规避了可能出现的风险。部分患者随访6~24个月,效果良好。结论 阴道松弛是盆底功能性障碍疾病中的一个表现,术前进行必要评估有利于医师正确理解患者的相关盆底病理解剖,以提高手术安全性,达到成功修复的术后效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the main points and necessity of preoperative evaluation for the treatment of vaginal relaxation.Methods The study was carried out on 40 women with vaginal relaxation.According to the questionnaires,preoperatively correlated symptoms and signs were collected by and evaluated,and then the operative methods were designed.Some of them with more than Ⅲ degree perineal lacerations were also performed the reconstruction of anal sphincter.Results All of the 40 patients evaluated by questionnaires underwent successful operation with high degree of satisfaction after operation.Some of the concealed symptoms were discovered preoperatively which could avoid possible risks.Some patients were followed up for 6 to24 months and the results were good.Conclusion Pelvic floor dysfunction disease may contribute to the vaginal relaxation,questionnaire assessments included pelvic examinations and documentation of adverse events need to be carried out preoperatively to improve the safety and efficacy of vaginal tightening surgery.更多还原
