静电纺丝技术制备纳米纤维及其渗透性能研究
Preparation of Nanofibers and the Investigation of Permeability Performance
【摘要】 使用静电纺丝技术制备了纳米纤维,然后计算了纳米纤维的孔隙率,接着采用扫描电子显微镜观测了纳米纤维的微观结构,最后讨论了纳米纤维的渗透率与孔隙率的函数关系,研究结果表明,纳米纤维的渗透率随孔隙率的增加而增加。该研究为功能性衣服的开发和高效过滤系统的设计奠定理论和技术基础。
【Abstract】 The nanofiber is prepared by electrospinning technique in this paper. The porosity of nanofiber is calculated. Besides, the microstructure of nanofiber is observed using scanning electron microscope. The relationship between permeability and porosity is discussed. It is shown that permeability of nanofiber increases with the increase of porosity. The aims of this study is to establish the foundation of theory and technology for developing functional clothing and designing highly efficient filter system.
