竹粉/有机蒙脱土/聚丙烯复合材料的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 通过挤出法制备竹粉/有机蒙脱土/聚丙烯复合材料,采用注塑成型工艺制备试样,后对试样的力学性能及热性能进行表征,并用扫描电镜观察断面形貌。结果表明:当竹粉含量为30%、有机蒙脱土含量为6%、硅烷偶联剂含量为1%和马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯含量为10%时制备的竹粉/PP基复合材料有较好的性能。

【Abstract】 Bamboo flour reinforced polypropylene(PP) composites were prepared by extrusion method. The samples were made by injection process, the mechanical properties and thermal properties were tested. Fracture surfaces were tested by scanning electron microscopy to investigate failure mechanisms morphology. The results showed that better properties can be obtained when the bamboo flour was 30%, content of organ-montmorillonite was 6%, content of silane coupling agent was 1% and content of grafting MAH onto PP was 10%.
