【Abstract】 Dynamic tracking and evaluation of coefficient of irrigated water use, an important indicator of effectiveness of water consumption, is of great significance to strengthen water governance, implementation of the most stringent water resources management system and performance evaluation of the redline. The paper makes discussions on calculation and evaluation methods for calculating coefficient of effective irrigated water use, estimation and evaluation of network formation, focusing on management and check of results during the calculation and evaluation. Changes of irrigated water use efficiency at irrigation district, provincial and national levels since the 12 th Five-Year Plan are also examined.更多还原
