【摘要】 山洪灾害防治是山丘区防灾减灾和经济社会发展的迫切需求,山洪灾害动态预警是减少人员伤亡的有效手段。在调研世界各国山洪灾害动态预警研究现状的基础上,从灾害识别、驱动数据、计算模型、预警系统和可靠度研究等5个维度综述了山洪灾害动态预警研究现状。我国的山洪灾害预警系统尚处于起步阶段,仍需在降雨预报、遥感数据应用、计算模型适用性、可靠度研究和预警系统建设等诸多方面继续开展工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dynamic mountain flood prewarning is urgent for preventing disasters and social development. This paper describes the current situation of dynamic mountain flood prewarningfrom 5 aspects: the identification of mountain flood disaster, drive data, models, warning systems and decision credibility. The construction of mountain flood forecasting system is in the starting stage.in China. So that we should put efforts on precipitation forecasting, methods of utilizing remote sensing data, the applicability of models, the credibility of flash flood warning systems and so on.更多还原
