【摘要】 目的:观察与分析鼻内镜下改良式泪囊鼻腔造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法:选取2015年3月~2016年2月某院收治的80例94眼慢性泪囊炎患者,随机分为改良组和普通组两组,改良组45例54眼,普通组45例48眼。改良组给予鼻内镜下改良式泪囊鼻腔造口术治疗,普通组给予传统的泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗,对比分析两组患者的治愈率和总有效率。结果:改良组54眼中有49眼治愈,3眼好转,2眼无效,治愈率为90.74%,总有效率为96.29%;普通组48眼中有27眼治愈,10眼好转,11眼无效,治愈率为56.25%,总有效率为77.08%。两组的治愈率和总有效率差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过鼻内镜下改良式泪囊鼻腔造口术的治疗能提高以往传统模式下的治愈成功率,疗效显著,手术创口小,出血量少,伤口愈合快,可能导致的并发症发生率降低,治愈后几乎无面部瘫痕,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of modified lacrimal sac and nasal cavity ostomy under nasal endoscope in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods:94eyes of 80 patients with chronic lacrimal sac were randomly divided into improved group and ordinary group,with improved group 54 eyes of 45 patients,and ordinary group 48 eyes of 45 patients.The improved group was treated with modified lacrimal sac and nasal cavity ostomy under nasal endoscope,and the ordinary group was treated with traditional dacryocystorhinostomy.The cure rate and total effective rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Among the improved group,49 eyes of 54 eyes were cured,3eyes were improved and 2eyes were invalid,the cure rate was 90.74%,and the total efficiency was 96.29%;Among ordinary group,27 eyes with 48 eyes were cured,10 eyes were improved,11 eyes was invalid,the cure rate was 56.25%,and the total effective rate was 77.08%;The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the nasal endoscopic modified type surgery treatment can improve the cure rate under the traditional mode,so curative effect is distinct,with small operation wound,less bleeding,and faster wound healing,which may lead to lower incidence of complications,with almost no facial scar after treatment,and is worthy of promotion.更多还原
