【摘要】 目的:分析阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗心肌梗死(MI)对患者病死率的影响。方法:选取2011年4月~2014年3月期间来某院接受治疗的84例心肌梗死患者作为本次研究对象,根据药物治疗的差异,分为研究组(n=42例)与对照组(n=42例),研究组患者使用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷进行治疗,对照组患者则单纯使用阿司匹林药物进行治疗,治疗结束后,对两组患者的死亡率进行比较。结果:通过随访得知,研究组患者存活36例(85.71%),死亡为6例,总死亡率为(14.29%);对照组患者存活30例(71.43%),死亡为12例,总死亡率为(28.57%);组间数据差异明显,(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:使用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗心肌梗死的临床效果显著,可有效的改善患者的临床症,促进血液正常的循坏,提高治疗效果,降低死亡率,将并发生出现的几率降改善其到最低,帮助患者的病情尽快的恢复,值得广泛推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the influence of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of the mortality rate of patients with acute myocardial infarction(MI).Methods:84patients with acute myocardial infarction accepted treatments in our hospital from April,2011 to March,2014 were taken as the research objects,and these patients were randomly divided into the study group(n=42)and the control group(n=42)according to the differences in drug treatment.In the control group,they were treated with the aspirin while in the study group,they were treated with the aspirin combined with clopidogrel.Then,after the treatment,the mortality of the two groups were compared.Results:Through the follow-up,it was learned about in the study,36 patients were survived(85.71%),6patients were death,and the total mortality rate was(14.29%);While in the control group,30 patients were survived(71.43%),12 patients were death,and the total mortality rate was(28.57%);The difference between groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:The clinical effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of myocardial infarction are significant,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the blood circulation,improve the treatment effect,reduce the mortality,improve the probability of occurrence and improve the patient’s condition as soon as possible,thus should be promoted in the clinical application.更多还原
