64排螺旋CT三维重建在骨盆骨折诊断中应用

【摘要】 目的:总结分析64排螺旋CT三维重建在骨盆骨折诊断中的应用情况。方法:选择2013年6月~2014年12月期间某院收治的50例骨盆骨折患者作为研究对象,均接受骨盆X线检查和64排螺旋CT检查,分析其影像学检查资料,总结其临床诊断价值。结果:50例患者在手术直视下都证实存在骨盆骨折,其中15例(30.00%)为骶骨骨折,16例(32.00%)为骶髂关节骨折,12例(24.00%)为髋臼骨折,7例(14.00%)为耻骨联合骨折。螺旋CT三维重建诊断骶骨骨折准确率93.33%、诊断骶髂关节骨折准确率93.75%、诊断髋臼骨折准确率100.00%均明显高于X线诊断准确率,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:64排螺旋CT三维重建技术可以获取清晰的三维图像,为诊断这提供全面、直观、精确的解剖结构成像,对临床治疗方案的制定具有重要指导价值。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate clinical value of 64 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pelvic fractures using 3Dreconstruction.Methods:50patients with pelvic fractures in our hospital from June 2013 to December 2014 were selected as research objects,were treated with X-ray examination and 64 slice spiral CT examination,and the data were analyzed and then the clinical diagnosis value is concluded.Results:50cases of patients in surgery were confirmed the presence of pelvic fracture,among which 15cases(30.00%)for sacral fracture,16cases(32.00%)of sacroiliac joint fracture,12cases(24.00%)for acetabular fracture,7cases(14.00%)for the pubic joint fracture.Spiral CT 3Dreconstruction in the diagnosis of sacral fracture accuracy rate(93.33%),diagnosis of sacroiliac joint fracture and accurate rate(93.75%),the diagnosis of acetabular fracture accurate rate(100.00%)were significantly higher than those of X-ray diagnosis accurate rate(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group(46.4%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(21.4 %)(P<0.05).Conclusion:64slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology can obtain clear three-dimensional images,which can provide comprehensive,intuitive and accurate anatomical structure imaging for the diagnosis,has important guiding value to formulate the clinical treatment.
